Thanks For Booking

Your consultation is now booked and we just have a few steps that would really help before your call, especially if you have a few days before our call.

First step

Objective:Identify current mindset patterns and beliefs.

Instructions:

Quiet Space: Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can reflect without distractions.

Self-Reflection:Spend 10-15 minutes thinking about your current mindset. Consider the following questions: What are your predominant thoughts throughout the day? Do you notice any recurring negative thoughts or limiting beliefs? If so, what are they? How do you generally feel about your ability to achieve your goals?

Journal Entry: Write down your reflections in a journal. Note any patterns or significant thoughts that come up. Be honest and detailed.

Second step

Objective: Understand and acknowledge your emotional state.

Instructions:

Emotional Check-In: Take a few deep breaths, and tune into your current emotional state. Ask yourself:How am I feeling right now? What emotions have I experienced most frequently in the past week? (e.g., joy, frustration, anxiety, excitement) Are there specific events or triggers that have influenced these emotions?

Emotional Mapping: On a scale from 1 to 10, rate the intensity of these emotions. Note which emotions dominate your daily life.

Document Your Findings: Write down your observations, including any significant triggers and how you typically respond to them.

Third step

Objective: Cultivate mindfulness by observing your thoughts and feelings as they occur.

Instructions:

Mindfulness Practice:For the next 3 days, set aside 5-10 minutes each day for mindfulness practice. Find a quiet place, close your eyes, and simply observe your thoughts and feelings without judgment.

Daily Log: Throughout each day, take brief notes whenever you notice strong thoughts or emotions. Pay particular attention to:What triggered the thought or emotion? How did you react or respond? What physical sensations accompanied these feelings?

Summarize Your Experience: At the end of each day, review your notes and write a short summary of your observations. Highlight any patterns or insights that emerge.
